Important Note for Sunday Visitors: While our physical showroom is fully open on Sundays to welcome walk-in customers, our administrative phone lines operate with a limited weekend team. On Sundays, our staff’s absolute priority is assisting the high volume of customers physically present in the store, meaning phone calls may not always be answered. We highly recommend utilizing our online channels on Sundays.

• 1. Checking Price & Availability: Avoid the need to call! Simply search for the product on our website using the shortest search term. If the page displays "In Stock: Yes", it is available at our store. For items not found online, email [email protected] and our team will verify it for you promptly.
• 2. Visiting with a Long List? (More than 5 Items): To avoid waiting in queues, we highly recommend placing a "Store Pickup" order on our website beforehand. We will pack your items and call you the moment they are ready. If you prefer to buy directly at the counter, please bring your list printed or written on a paper so our staff can serve you swiftly.
• 3. Technical Support & Warranty Claims: To ensure high-quality troubleshooting, we handle technical support exclusively through our Support Ticket System. Please review the guidelines on our Warranty Page and email your details to [email protected] to receive a ticket number. Please note that we cannot accept items for testing or warranty claims without an active support ticket.
